Police in Western Region have arrested a 75 Year old Mallam Ibrahim aka (abunyaa) and son for butchering to death a 52 year old Atta Kwesi Appiah Francis a tenant.
The bizarre incident happened on Sunday 18th February, 2018 at village called (mallam akura) at Wasa Adiembra a suburb of Wasa Amenfi East District of the Western Region.
The reasons behind the killing is yet to be established as police holds the two suspects in custody for further investigation
Some residents of the village who have expressed their happiness on the arrest of the alleged murderer suspect him killing a little boy who was dead in a mysterious way in his house.
They are however calling on police to deepen their investigation to cover those incidents. Meanwhile
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Wasa Akropong government morgue awaiting autopsy.
