Parts of Accra flooded after early morning downpour

Vehicles are parked on the shoulders of the road as floodwater take over the street of many parts of Accra in the central business district following early downpour.

Some cars are crossing the median to use other lanes.

 Dozens of vehicles have parked waiting for the flood to recede as some commuters  have no choice but to remove their shoes to cross.
